Barkly Regional Council is seeking qualified contractors for the construction service of a new shared path (cyclists and pedestrians) in Tennant Creek. The new shared path will be stretching along the open-channel bank at Staunton Street and continuing along Stuart Street, to Ambrose Street and to Blain Street, approximately 1.6 kilometres. The construction shall be based on the approved certified design drawings and technical specifications provided in the appendices of this Tender.

Tenders are addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and shall be submitted on the forms provided by Barkly Regional Council, in TENDER SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS and are to be marked legibly as follows:
