Tender Description
This Expression of Interest (EOI )constitutes the first stage of the procurement process, after which Metro will formulate a shortlist of potential suppliers. Those shortlisted potential suppliers will then be invited to participate in the second stage of the procurement process, which will involve detailed tenders being provided by shortlisted potential suppliers in response to Metro's Request for Tender.
