Expressions of Interest is hereby invited for construction of a new Classroom and Learning Support Building and associated works, at St Joseph’s School Chinchilla, Queensland.

Registration for Interest in tendering this work will close 2pm Monday 18th April 2022 with the undersigned

The project predominantly includes construction of a single level slab on ground brick veneer four classroom building, associated external works, all with associated sub-trade works. The contract will also include items such as electrical, data/comms and plumbing and landscaping installations.

A shortlist of tenderers will be selected from EOI submissions received by the due date. Notwithstanding any analysis of EOI submission, the Principal reserves the right to select those submissions that in view of all the circumstances appear to be the most advantageous.

It is envisaged that tender documentation will be made available after Easter 2022 and with tenders closing mid May 2022. Commencement date expected to be mid-June 2022, with a contract period of approx. twenty (20) weeks unless otherwise agreed.
