Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (the MHARMB) is a staturtory authority responsible for the management of the Mount Hotham Alpine Resort.

The MHARMB is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers for providing the following goods and/or services including but not limited to:

• Supply Bulk Wintermix diesel with maximum frost protection all year round, and standard unleaded petrol.
• Quantities of fuel are approximately 120000 litres wintermix Diesel, 20000 litres unleaded petrol 91 RON per annum. Quantities may vary be depending on the requirements of summer capital projects.
• For delivery to Workshop fuel tanks located at Mt Hotham maintenance/refuelling facility. Physical workshop address is 6 Workshop Access, Hotham Heights Vic 3741.
• Delivery driver must be proficient at operating in all weather conditions, including hazardous conditions in winter.
• Must supply snow chains and fit when required as directed.
• Environmentally sustainable business practices would be an advantage.

The MHARMB is proposing to enter into a contract for provision of these services for a three-year period.
