Expression of interest are invited in accordance with revised terms of reference, to fill two vacancies for independent memebers on Council's Audit & Risk Committee. The committee's primary objective is to assist Council in the responsible discharge of financial internal controls & reporting, business risk management and oversight of the external audit function.

The successful candidates will have relevant experience in financial management, risk management, internal and/or external audit or other disciplines as deemed relevant by Council.

The positions attract sitting fees and travel allowance. The committee meets at least four times per year and the term will be for a three (3) year period.
