Tender Description
OneFortyOne Plantations (OFO) invites suitably equipped and trained parties to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of silvicultural broad acre, pre and post plant spraying within harvested sites and under canopy spraying operations within the Green Triangle region.
OFO's Green Triangle estate comprises ~80,000ha of plantation area, located predominately within South Australia and pockets of land within Victoria. The indicative annual spraying work programme is:
· 1,000ha under canopy bracken and noxious weed spraying;
· 2,400ha pre and post plant, broad acre spraying;
· Other services may include gum coppice spraying.
Requirements:
· Robust vehicle fitted with a casotti spray unit to travel under forest canopy.
· Robust self-propelled spray unit, self-leveling height adjustable boom (~24-30m width).
· Equipment must be suitably guarded to protect operator against harvested residue impacting cab.
· Ability to supply water on site for spray operations.
