Tender Description
In short the project will consist of (but not limited to):
• Clearing of existing vegetation on site
• Co-ordination of authority services
• Bulk earthworks including basement
• Construction and commissioning of a new 110 bed aged care facility across 5 levels (basement, ground, upper levels 1-3, roof plant)
• The basement will be a piled retention structure
• The upper levels will consist mainly of a concrete and precast structure
• Internally there is a mix of timber and metal stud wall framing
• Externally the building will be clad with aluminium cladding, rendered CFC and glazing
• External works include civil works, landscaping & landscape fixtures
