Request For Information for the provision of one, two or all three of the below listed external supply chain services for Silverchain Group:
a) Item Sourcing, Warehousing and Pick and Pack services
b) Delivery and put-away services
c) Suburban receiving and storage locations
Silverchain Group is seeking key information from suitably qualified suppliers to inform a business case for a more contemporary supply chain network model.
The end-end business outcomes required by the service option(s) for selection include but are not limited to:
1.Adaptable and seamless ordering systems and integration capability between SCG providers and the pick and pack service
2.Transparent ordering and delivery systems for SCG provider use to view supplier stock holding levels in real-time, item backorder status/updates and item delivery tracking.
3.Proven warehouse Pick and Pack capability
4.Consistent and reliable outgoing transport and delivery services from central metropolitan state-based warehouses
5.Storage of approximately 350 medical consumable stock-keeping units (SKU) in a metropolitan Adelaide-based warehouse
6.Storage of approximately 450 medical consumable SKUs in a metropolitan Perth-based warehouse
7.Supporting SCG with consolidation of the national SCG stock product catalogue
8.Source, order, and delivery support options for non-stock medical consumable item requirements (approximately 950 unique item codes for SA and 2700 items for WA)
9.Daily deliveries to select "hub" SCG service delivery centre sites for Metropolitan Adelaide and Perth, regional and remote centres
10.Daily deliveries to secure suburban based delivery drop locations for Adelaide and Perth
