Snowy Hydro is developing its procurement strategy for a major power equipment upgrade at its Tumut 2 Power Station. We are now consulting with industry on what is the best way to package the work and the best partnering approach to deliver the work.

This market sounding and RFI comprises industry exchange, site visit, RFI Response, Market Sounding Response, and Industry Dialogues.

Following this Market Sounding and Request for Information Snowy Hydro expects to engage suppliers in a request for proposals (RFP) to select a partner to support solution development, planning & design and project deliver (including managing the works).
Snowy Hydro seeks participation from engineering & project management providers, head contractor organisations, cable suppliers and installers, power equipment (including cables, switchyard, transformer) suppliers and installers.
