Based in Pyrmont, NSW, the eSafety Commissioner is seeking a candidate for a service desk role to provide 1st level support in handling ICT service requests within eSafety.
The Service Desk Analyst requires a range of entry level skills and experience, with the primary focus on supporting existing technologies within the eSafety environment with a strong remit of providing an excellent support experience for our internal customers.
The successful candidate will also be required to time assist with onsite support such as managing backup media and escalated periodical physical support for eSafety staff abroad within the Pyrmont office. This may involve working with external vendors to complete support activities.
