St. Bede's Primary School are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake additions & alterations to the school comprising of:

• Demolition of an existing demountable
• New classroom building (3 classrooms)
• Adds & Alts to Admin Building
• Refurbishment / painting of existing spaces

The school operations must continue uninterrupted during the construction /refurbishment programme.

Expressions of interest should include the following details:

a) The organisation's experience of similar educational projects.
b) The current capacity to undertake the works.
c) Name of previous clients. Written Expressions of interest should be lodged with the Architect by 22 April 2022.
