Movember seeks to engage an evaluation partner to collaboratively scope, design, plan, deliver and report on an evaluation of the Scaling What Works in Community and Workplace Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Grant Fund (Scaling What Works).

• Determine whether individual grant funded projects have been implemented as intended, reach the target audience, are accessible and acceptable to the target audience, and how well they apply a gendered lens,
• Determine the effectiveness of the individual grant funded projects, and the program as a whole, in improving mental health and wellbeing, (and where relevant to the project the prevention of suicides),
• Determine the sustainability and scalability of the individual grant funded projects, identify the critical enablers which support effective scaling activity in workplace and community settings, and determine which of the funded projects would be suitable for further scaling (including scaling to other markets),
• Determine the social return on investment (SROI) of the individual grant funded projects, and the program as a whole, considering the mental health outcomes that have been achieved against the investment made by Movember.
