Sanctuary Cove is a gated residential community of multiple bodies corporate consisting of approximately 1400 homes and covering 474 hectares of land.

The PBC and PTBC invite all suitably qualified organisations to submit written ‘Expressions of Interest’ for consideration to tender on the Class A Water - Design & Construct contract, which comprises of the following;

• Entry Pump and Tanks works
• Mainline Upgrade works
• Cassia Lakes Booster Pump works

Applicants should forward their submissions and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current company structure and capability, financial status, associated memberships; professional and client references for similar works, ASIC search report and a complete Dun and Bradstreet report.

Tender documentation is expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by Friday, 6 May 2022.

Submission details and deadlines

Expression of Interest submissions will be considered until Friday, 29 April 2022.

Documents are not to exceed four (4) A4 pages.
