Quotations are called for the painting of the Northpoint Complex. Offers will only be considered from painters with experience in high rise buildings. Paint type to match existing.

The scope of work will include but not limited to:

•Pressure Cleaning of building prior to painting.
•All remedial work (to be specified)
•Stick a Flex around the base of all steel columns.
•Silicone seal around all external windows and drill three additional drain holes (8mm) in each window frame to provide improved drainage. Nominate number of windows.
•Seal around balcony floor/walls to prevent ingress of water.
•Replace rusted drain-pipe brackets with stainless steel straps and attach with stainless steel screws.

Offers will need to detail the methodology to be employed in this project.
