The OSIR is seeking to conduct external user experience testing of the current system and make recommendations for changes to the USI Registry Student Portal.

Whilst, we are actively supporting the governments vision for a single verified identity platform, via myGov, we will continue to have an ongoing need for an alternative pathway for non-citizens via a native USI Student Portal identification process. It is our intent to assign primacy to the Australian Government myGovID for account creation, where this is possible for our customers.
