Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified contractors for Stage 2 projects for the expansion of the Montessori International College on the Sunshine Coast.

There are two (2) categories for submission, that relate to two projects being:

• Civil works and infrastructure, and
• Building works.

An Invitation of Offer document may be obtained from grant.vayro@mic.qld.edu.au. Please provide details requested in the Supplier Offer schedules to make your EOI valid. Applications will be assessed, and suitable candidates will be invited to Tender for Stage 2 works. The College will hold the expressions of interest current for two years to procure other projects/future stages within that period.

Applicants need only submit one application, clearly indicating which (or all) of the categories they offer to the Principal.

Expressions of interest are to be marked confidential and emailed to the contact provided in the Invitation to Offer Document.

Late applications will not be accepted.
