Tender Description
The Ascent Group is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and licensed contractors to undertake the complete renovation/upgrade of the bathroom and toilet facilities at our Head Office and Industrial Business premises located at 13 Myrtle Drive Armidale NSW.
The scope of works will need to be fully managed to completion including strip out, accessible design, plumbing, tiling, partitioning and painting. Additionally, provision will need to be made to work around the continuity of our business activity and to provide alternate temporary male and female bathroom availability for our staff and employees.
Quotes will require an indication of availability and completion time frame.
