Tender Description
1. WDHS is seeking a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the dining room area at The Grange Residential Care Facility, located in Hamilton, Vic. Works will consist of an extended concrete slab, new external framing system and window glazing, new roof structure, roof and wall cladding, internal wall and floor coverings and associated fittings and fixtures. External concrete paving, ramps and walkways to be replaced for safe access to existing adjoining structures and paths of travel for the completion of the project.
2. While some flexibility will be afforded to the contractor, WDHS is expecting the project to be completed by the end of July 2023.
