Tender Description
his build will take place in the township of Cloncurry located in North-west Queensland. Townsville to Cloncurry 784 km 8 hours 36 mins. Mt. Isa to Cloncurry 121 km 1 hour 20 mins. The winning tender to build a ‘Men' Healing Shed’ will engage an architect to design the proposed structure, enabling the scope of the various components of the project. The requirements of the building will dictate the nature of structure to be built. This will be finalised during the design phase. The nature of the structure will dictate a slab, structural materials based on availability and delivery, services (plumbing, electrical and environmental controls,) and car parking required. The external building fabric and associated fit-out will be decided to reflect the climate, surrounding businesses, Council conditions and the intended use of the building.
The architect and building superintendent will scope each of the primary areas of project into packages.

The tender will be let to the construction markets in the form of fixed price tenders. Received tenders will be first vetted for compliance and completeness by the VendorPanel Pro Matrix and the Build Superintendent the final selection and award of successful tender will be the decision of the Management Committee. Upon award of successful applicant our timeframe is to complete this build by the 30 December 2022. Consideration may be given to the successful applicant in a written request to negotiate these timeframes, if necessary, which must be submitted before 6 May 2022.
