Tender Description

The SACFS is seeking information on IT solutions that will be able to assist SACFS in transitioning its manual workflows and processes to electronic, including online approvals. 

SACFS are seeking an SA Government supported application which will provide a solid platform to improve:
  • Internal work processes and flows (required actions trigger notifications)
  • Internal governance, including enforcing agency delegations of authority.
  • Internal communication flows
  • Compliance with regulation and legislation
  • Consistency and transparency for processes, including form creation and completion.
  • Business practices
  • Monitoring, analytics and reporting on outcomes of processes
