This is a joint Request for Tender (RFT) process involving two South West Victoria Public Health Services - Moyne Health Service (Port Fairy & Koroit) and Heywood Rural Health (Heywood).

Each Health Service is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to assist with the establishment of a new master plan (each a ‘Master Plan’). The planning horizon will be approximately 15 years to 20 years (eg: 2022 until 2037 – 2042). Where service implications require a longer term view (such as major capital investment) a longer perspective will be required. The Master Plan will meet specifications of the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) Master Planning Process.

The Health Services are co-ordinating their respective procurement efforts as means to help reduce the administrative and financial costs associated with the project. It is intended that each Health Service will enter into a separate contract with their preferred Consultant.
