Tender Description

CAH is seeking a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Corangamarah is a Residential Aged Care facility (‘the Facility’). Works include but are not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary for the supply and complete installation of all general requirements inclusive of all necessary accessories required to complete the project.

The project encompasses the following activities:

  • The renovation & refurbishment of an existing building including selected internal spaces and external walls as documented and all associated external works including all nominated subcontract works;
  • All associated demolition works required on site to accommodate the new works;
  • All associated site works including paving, landscaping and stormwater drainage.
  • Provision of all modifications to existing, and supply and installation of new mechanical, electrical, communications, hydraulic, fire services;
  • The relocation of existing as nominated, and the provision of new fittings, fixtures and joinery as nominated and all necessary ‘in-wall’ supports for these.
