FULHAM CORRECTIONAL CENTRE - SALE.
Tenders for the supply of food/produce for th Fulham Correctional Centre for the period 1st Jul 022 to 30th June 2023 are being sought. Separate tenders are called for the following categories:
· Bread products (Fresh bread and bread rolls);
· Dairy products (excluding milk/cream);
· Milk and cream;
· Eggs;
· Fruit and vegetables;
· Wholesale dry and frozen goods (includes frozen seafood);
· Fresh meat;
· Halal meat;
· Smallgoods;
· Poultry.
Successful bidders should be able to demonstrate capacity to meet the demands of supply for a 900+ bed facility, price stability for the fixed term, delivery and service.
