The Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands invites the submission of tenders on an “as is, where is” basis for the purchase of the below items, noting the following reserve prices set:

No: 2. Item: T2 Hobie Cat Number 5 including rigging, sail and Jib. Qty: 1. Condition: Used – as pictured. Reserve Price ($): $2,500.
No: 3. Item: T2 Hobie Cat Number 3 including rigging, sail and jib. Qty: 1. Condition: Used – as pictured. Reserve Price ($): $2,500.,
No: 4. Item: T2 Hobie Cat Number 6 including rigging, sail and jib. Qty: 1. Condition: Used – as pictured. Reserve Price ($): $2,500.
No: 5. Item: T2 Hobie Cat Jib 1. Qty: 1. Condition: Brand new – as pictured. Reserve Price ($): $700.
No: 6. Item: Hobie Cat Number 1. Qty: 1. Condition: Used – not in working condition. Reserve Price ($): $0.
No: 7. Item: Hobie Cat Number 4. Qty: 1. Condition: Used – not in working condition. Reserve Price ($): $0.

The above mentioned items will be sold to the highest bidder.

Tenders must be submitted on the Council’s Tender Bid Form, all sections are to be completed – tenders not submitted on the Tender Bid Form will not be considered.

Please submit all bids to tenders@cocos.wa.gov.au by 4pm Tuesday 31st of May.

Please clearly state ‘Tender for Sale Items’ in the subject line.
Tenders received after the closing time and date stated above, will not be considered.
Council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

Successful bidders will be notified by 4pm Thursday 9th June with bids to be paid to the Shire prior to pickup. Items to be picked up prior to 1pm Monday 13th June.
