Review and update of Elizabeth Bay House Conservation Management Plan (CMP) Stage

1. The successful consultant will review the existing 1998 CMP, identify gaps in the document, changes to the place since the date of the document as well as sections that do not meet current CMP guidelines. Stage 1 will also focus on the permissible uses under the zoning of the site taking into consideration the operational needs of Sydney Living Museums. Develop constraints and opportunities based on the land zoning, proposed use, cultural significance, and wider legislative heritage and planning framework. Develop conservation policies relevant to use, zoning and wider legislative framework.
