The principal is proposing to develop a wind farm 25 kilometres northwest of Gulgong and 30 km northeast of Wellington within the Dubbo Regional and Warrumbungle Shire Local Government Areas.

Aboriginal people with cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal objects and/or places in the area are invited to register an interest in the process of consultation.

The purpose of community consultation with Aboriginal people is to assist with the preparation of an Aboriginal cultural heritage assessment to understand cultural values present in the area and to assist Heritage NSW in a determination of approval for impacts to Aboriginal objects.
