Tender Description
Return to Work Corporation of South Australia (RTWSA), in its own right is seeking to identify and retain the services of a suitable number of external providers to supply experienced workers compensation, claims and underwriting staff on a temporary or short term contract basis to assist in the management of vacancies, temporary increases in workload due to increased claim volumes, or to assist in the management of strategic projects and pilots.
The provider must understand the nature of the workers compensation industry in South Australia in one or more of the following five areas:
- Early Intervention and Return to Work Services
- Eligibility and claims determination
- Assessment and processing compensation benefits
- Dispute management and resolution
- Whole person impairment assessment and determination.
