Castlerock Property is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of a new 1,250sqm Dan Murphy's building and associated carpark in Bairnsdale, Victoria.

Registration for Interest in tendering this work will close 3pm on Tuesday 31st May.

The project includes the construction of a single level, pre-cast Dan Murphy's building, loading bay, click & collect drive thru and associated carpark. The contract will be inclusive of items such as services, plumbing, civil and landscaping installations.
Works are expected to commence in August, with a contract period of approximately six (6) months, or as otherwise agreed.
