Tender Description

The Corporation of the Town of Walkerville (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Reconstruction and Landscaping Works at Alfred Street, Walkerville (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer

The Council requires services for the Reconstruction and Landscaping of Alfred Street Walkerville, including the following:

Construction of a new permeable paved roadway and all associated Civil Works including Footpaths, Kerbing and Asphalt Works as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications
Landscaping Services including the provision of plantings, garden beds, tree planting as detailed in the provided drawings and specifications
The works are to be completed in a 3-6month timeframe from date of award with a 12 months defects liability period

The provided Request for Tender Document includes the Specification, Drawings and Materials required to complete the services.
