The following is a list of all services being tendered as part of the Resource Recovery Collective - Hume. Each Participant is seeking tenders for a variety of waste and recycling services, related to general waste, comingled recyclables material, FOGO material and glass material. Not every Participant is tendering for each waste stream or for every service associated with each stream.

Collection services - for each general waste, comingled recyclables material, FOGO material, and glass material stream - including:

• Kerbside bin collection services,
• Mobile bin supply and delivery services
• Public place bin collection services
• Glass drop off bin provision and collection
• Selected bulk bin/hook-lift services (bin provision, collection and disposal/processing) from nominated transfer stations/resource recovery centres for nominated streams (if indicated by a Participant)
• Event bin collection services, including mobile bin repair and replacement services

General waste disposal services

Comingled recyclables processing services

FOGO processing services

Glass processing services

Bulk transport services for any material (if required as part of the services)

The tender also incorporates set requirements across areas such as:

• Collection vehicles
• Contamination management
• Customer service
• Education
• Audits
• Reporting
• Compliance, WHS, risk management and business continuity.
