Anglicare are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the building of a Multiunit Development at 19 Pritchett Street, Yass NSW 2582 of:
• 6 new dwellings (5 x 2 bedroom, 1 x3 bedroom).
• Refurbishment of existing dwelling internal refurbishment with no layout changes.
• External maintenance and a new surface-level carpark.
• Landscaping and fencing.
Expressions of interest should include the following details:
a) The organization's record of similar projects.
b) Names of previous clients.
c) A contact person.
Written Expressions of Interest should be lodged with the Architect by 8 July 2022.
