Head, Transport for Victoria (Head, TfV) is re-tendering the contract for the Bus Shelter Agreement (BSA) under which over 5,000 Department of Transport owned metropolitan public transport Bus Shelters are managed and some of which are used to display advertising.

The agreement comprises of three components:

• Advertising Services: DoT is seeking to partner with an experienced advertising service provider to optimise advertising revenue across existing and new bus shelter advertising sites.
• Bus Shelter Cleaning:  DoT is seeking an experienced and professional cleaning service provider to undertake routine and reactive cleaning across all current and future DoT owned Bus Shelters.
• Bus Shelter Maintenance and Construction: DoT is seeking an experienced provider to maintain the portfolio of existing Bus Shelters which includes a number of legacy shelter designs. The provider will also be required to construct new Bus Shelters to meet network growth.

DOT is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified respondents wishing to submit proposal to deliver one or more of the separable contract components.

The Invitation for EOI will only be released to parties that register by demonstrating relevant expertise to perform one or more of the services and returning a signed Deed of Confidentiality.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to complete the registration process by close of business Friday 29 July to avoid any delay in receiving EOI documents upon release. The EOI closing time will not be adjusted for parties that register after the initial EOI release.
