Tender Description
The Harrietville Hall Committee of Management invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the building works including additions and renovation to the existing hall located at 310, Great Alpine Road, Harrietville. The works include the renovation of the toilets and main entry, additions including new storage room, multi-purpose room and covered outdoor area.
The Scope of Works includes all items specified in the pricing schedule and as described in the attached plans including:
• Site establishment including site safety fencing, environmental controls
• demolition existing toilets, building entry and hall wall.
• Transport and disposal of all waste material to an approved waste transfer station.
• Set out of works
• Earthworks and preparation of subgrade required for new footings and foundations.
• Plumbing work including supply and installation of all pipes and connections as shown on the plans
• Electrical work including supply and installation of all wiring, conduits, fittings and fixtures including lights and switches as shown on the plans.
• Steelwork including supply and construction of structural steel as shown on the plans.
• Carpentry including framing and finishing.
• Supply and installation of new windows and screens.
• Roofing including modification to the existing roof over the toilets and construction of new roof over the building additions.
• Painting – internal and external.
• Supply and installation of all fittings and fixtures as detailed in the plans and schedules.
• Reinstatement of all disturbed areas.
