Tender Description

Esri Australia is seeking quotations from experienced consultants to provide expert advice to the Human Resources team and facilitate a salary benchmarking exercise.

The roles included in this review range from junior to senior and are across Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Client Success, Managed Services, ITS and Talent Acquisition.

A total of 49 positions will be included in this exercise with some aligned to the SFIA framework.

Please provide a proposal outlining the methodology and approach, timeframe, pricing, etc.

Proposals must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesday, 28 June 2022.
