Tender Description
Phase 1 of the Northern Endeavour Decommissioning project includes the operation in lighthouse mode and preparation and execution of decommissioning of the Laminaria-Corallina facilities, comprising flushing and hydrocarbon freeing of the floating production storage and offtake facility, well(s) suspension and isolation, disconnection of the FPSO, and optional tow.
This package covers the site survey, engineering, procurement, and execution for the Northern Endeavour top side facilities flushing and cleaning.
The cleanliness specification will be provided by Petrofac to the contractor and all engineering and work packs will be reviewed and approved by Petrofac prior to work commencement and at scope closeout.
