Tender Description

 Phase 1 of the Northern Endeavour Decommissioning project includes the operation in lighthouse mode and preparation and execution of decommissioning of the Laminaria-Corallina facilities, comprising flushing and hydrocarbon freeing of the floating production storage and offtake facility, well(s) suspension and isolation, disconnection of the FPSO, and optional tow.

CONTRACTOR’s services are required to support the following SCOPE OF WORK which is to be performed during 2023 in the Australian Timor Sea. The anticipated work scope is as follows:

Provision of Anchor Handling Tugs (AHTs) and Installation Support Vessel (ISV) for DISER NEDCOM Phase 1 Project – Northern Endeavour Disconnection & Optional Tow including:

i. AHT#1 Fairmont Class or better > 200 tonne Bollard Pull (BP)
ii. ii. AHT#2 Fairmont Class or better > 200 tonne Bollard Pull (BP)
iii. iii. ISV – Boka Ocean equivalent vessel

There will be a minimum of 3 vessels Chartered under this Contract arrangements including Optional FPSO “Sail Away” (Tow) scope with – final location still to be confirmed.

The AHTs are to be used as Station Keeping Tugs (SKTs) to Hold NE in position whilst the ISV disconnects the Risers, EHUs & Mooring Legs

Expected start date for the vessel mobilisations scope is June 2023 with a duration of approx. 3 months. All services offered by CONTRACTOR shall be suitable for safe and effective delivery.
