Tender Description
Phase 1 of the Northern Endeavour Decommissioning project includes the operation in lighthouse mode and preparation and execution of decommissioning of the Laminaria-Corallina facilities, comprising flushing and hydrocarbon freeing of the floating production storage and offtake facility, well(s) suspension and isolation, disconnection of the FPSO, and optional tow.
CONTRACTOR’s services are required to support the following SCOPE OF WORK which is to be performed during 2022 and 2023. The anticipated work scope includes for engineering and Project management services as follows:
The requested scope is for the provision of all services and/or Materials and the provision of technical support and Contractor Personnel as required to support Company’s Northern Endeavour Decommissioning Project Phase 1.
Phase 1 - Continued Operations and Maintenance in “non-production” mode, preparation of the FPSO and subsea production assets including temporary suspension of wells by installation of suitable Well Barrier Elements (WBEs) to isolate hydrocarbon production zones. This Phase of NEDCOM will further include flushing of topsides and subsea infrastructure and disconnection of Risers & Moorings from NE (lowered to seabed).
Included in this Phase of the work are options to tow the FPSO to a Delivery Location to be advised by DISER. A further additional requirement of this Phase is the removal of all Buoyancy Modules (BMs) from the nine (9) Riser and EHUs lowered to the seabed.
Expected start date for the intervention scope is third quarter 2022. All services offered by CONTRACTOR shall be suitable for safe and effective delivery.
