Tender Description

The services includes the construction of following facilities but not limited to:

 
• Office Area 19.8m x 14.4m Transportable
• 2 x Bus parking bays - 12.5m
• 20 x LV parking bays
• 8 x HME bays with bunded personnel access walkway
• HME dome shelter maintenance bays for workshop, office, maintenance store, M/F ablutions and allowance for additional bays
• HME tyre changing bay with jacking slab and workshop
• Lube farm bunded with delivery bunded with deliver slab – 20m x 20m
• Tyre storage area with laydown and delivery bay
• Laydown area
• HME and LV washdown slab
• Water storage tanks, washdown water collection pond and hydrocarbon separator
• Refuel dome shelter, drive through – 27.5 x 14.5m
• LV refuel slab
• LV access road
