VLA operates out of 15 offices across Victoria, one in Melbourne’s CBD, five of our offices being situated in metropolitan Melbourne (Broadmeadows, Dandenong, Frankston, Ringwood and Sunshine) and the remaining nine in regional Victoria (Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Horsham, Morwell, Mildura, Shepparton and Warrnambool). We deliver services at many and varied locations across Victoria such as courts, tribunals and health services.

The provision of legal assistance and associated advocacy work can present challenging, confronting, and complex situations and circumstances. VLA is therefore seeking to partner with a progressive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider who can offer more than just the standard traditional EAP support services, is making technological advances in how supports can be delivered, and one that understands the nature and complexity of the work we do, including those we work with.

VLA are seeking responses for the provision of EAP and support services, for a duration of three years, with the option of extension for one year, and then another option for a further year.
