GESB is seeking to engage an experienced service provider to conduct market research services. The purpose of the research is to measure the quality of services provided to members and other stakeholders, and to understand their needs.

GESB require the following three (3) surveys to be undertaken: 
1.    Member Satisfaction Survey (monthly); 
2.    Employer Research Survey (annual);and 
3.    Staff Survey (six monthly).

The timing of such surveys will be agreed with GESB and the Contractor.
In addition, when the need is identified GESB may require the Contractor to provide further research and support services, to further enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the market research services delivered on behalf of GESB.
This research may also inform part of GESB’s ongoing KPI tracking and business requirements.
