Tender Description

 enon has been awarded a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) to carry out upgrade and restoration works on a portfolio of Social Housing residential dwellings.

 
Tenon are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI's) from suitably qualified contractors with experience delivering Social Housing upgrade and repair works. Our regions of key emphasis are Eden, Bega, Cooma etc.
 
The proposed contract includes the provision of the following services:
  • Bathroom Upgrades
  • Renovations
  • Multi-trades
  • Carpentry
  • Plastering
  • Painting
  • Fencing
  • Floor Covering
