Tender Description
The Victorian Government is transforming the Old Kyneton Primary School into a vibrant creative industries and community hub. Working Heritage was announced as future manager of the site in 2021, and has been working with Creative Victoria to progress this exciting project.
Working Heritage is inviting registrations of interest from prospective tenants for the Old Kyneton Primary School site. Tenants can be creative practitioners, businesses, makers or anyone in the community who wishes to express their interest in using the space in the future. This is an exploratory process to inform future development of the site.
Registering your interest does not commit you to anything and does not guarantee a tenancy at the site.
Working Heritage will use the information gathered through the ROI to understand demand for space and to then model options for a sustainable and vibrant precinct. In early 2023 Working Heritage will issue a formal offer to prospective tenants via an Expression Of Interest. It is expected that the building will be ready for occupation and use in early 2024.
