Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor to deliver civil works for an 85-townhouse development (Stage 2 of the project) in Sunshine North. Works will include bulk earthworks, drainage, service provisions, roads, Owner's Corporation laneways and services, crossovers, and footpaths in preparation for housing construction.
Bidders must demonstrate their capability and experience on civil works projects of 60 lots or greater in any one stage as well as operate under externally certified OH&S and environmental management systems.
The tender will be awarded on a construct-only basis, with the successful bidder appointed under a modified AS2124 contract. The procurement is subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement, the Social Procurement Framework, the Building Equality Policy, and Local Jobs First Policy.
