Extension 350 is a pastoral sector project that aimed to reach a total of 350 of the Northland regions 2000 pastoral farmers, (50 mentor farmers, 50 target farmers and 250 associated farmers). The project has run for a five-year period and has recognised that farming businesses needed to be strong, resilient, balanced and profitable and thus has focused on more than just increasing production. Instead, it looked to increase profitability, environmental sustainability and improve farmer wellbeing across the farms that were involved.
The five year project is coming to an end and this RFP requires a final project report to be pulled together from all available and necessary information. The report will cover the entire life of the project and be presented in such a way that is easily digestible and supported with good design and infographics.
