Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought by WAMIA for the lease of the canteen facility and cleaning contract at the Muchea Livestock Centre.
The Muchea Livestock Centre (MLC) has been open since May 2010 and is Western Australia's premium Livestock Centre. Approximately 95,000 cattle and 500,000 sheep are sold through MLC each year. The centre is serviced by a purpose-built canteen. WAMIA is seeking EOI's to lease the canteen to provide catering services for users of MLC. Included in the lease is the cleaning contract for the facility.
Interested parties are invited to lo lodge a submission.
