The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust (Harbour Trust) requests tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake Repair Works to North Head Building 1, as described in this Request for Tender.

A mandatory industry briefing will be held at North Head Building 1:

• 18th September 2023 11 am

Attendee contact details must be provided to the Contact Officer no later than 5 pm 14th of September. Maximum 2 attendees per Tenderer.

Conditions for Participation:

1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

2. The Tenderer has complied with the insurance requirements and certificates of currency have been provided.

3. The Tenderer has attended the Mandatory Industry Briefing.
