Detailed Scope:
Design and construct of administration & warehouse building for the Project Caymus. Scope will include
Single story 400m2 standalone building comprising
a. 194m2 of warehouse facility
b. 80m2 of circulation space
c. Remainder offices, meeting and amenities ground slab and all sewer, water and drainage connection to services connection by others. Battery limit to be confirmed Electrical and fire systems Form 40 Certification for Building Occupancy certificate including any other regulatory requirements
Package will not include furniture and unfixed items including all IT hardware. Design and construct will include fit out of laboratory including eyewash.
