Tender Description

The government is investing in significant infrastructure at Whangarei Hospital to improve health outcomes for Te Tai Tokerau. This is being managed and delivered by the Northern region of Health NZ (the Buyer).

 
The Buyer wishes to appoint a contractor through an ECI procurement model to lead and deliver the following projects via separable portions:
 
1. Store demolition
2. Construction of radiation oncology
3. Construction of the Child Health Centre
4. Old Whanau House demolition
5. Old Child Health Centre demolition
