NCN Health is seeking an Independent Representative for its Audit and Risk Management Committee to assist, oversee and advise the Board on matters of accountability, external and internal controls and risk affecting NCN Health's operations.

The Committee is appointed to monitor:

• The scope of work, and the conduct of internal and external audit programs, including annual internal audit plans.

• Receive the external audited financial statement and make recommendations to the Board.

• The effectiveness of management information systems and other systems of internal control

• Any specific Strategic Risk Management, Internal Audit and External Audit matters, and make recommendations to the Board.
