The ACCC is considering what Compliance and Risk Management tools are available in the market. The tool should have at minimum, a Risk Management (RM) module and Compliance Management (CM) module. These modules should be integrated and preferably from the same vendor/supplier.

The ACCC is transforming and automating business processes for capturing compliance and risk data. This will be achieved by procuring an IT solution that will enhance the ACCC’s internal compliance and risk information management frameworks, including incident reporting processes.

• centralise all existing risk management data and streamline our risk management framework workflows.
• centralise existing compliance management data and incident reporting mechanisms as well as implement a compliance management framework workflow.
• deliver a dynamic reporting capability across both Risk Management and Compliance Management modules.
